When can I expect to see the results of a business database add/change request?

Before they may be added or updated in the database, business records must be verified over the phone. This procedure can take up to 60 days to complete.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Our business databases, we believe, include the most accurate information available. However, we acknowledge that no database is flawless. Every year, 80 percent of firms change. As a result, it’s reasonable to have a few listings that aren’t up to date. That is why we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any portion of your list that is undeliverable, out of date, or disconnected will be refunded on a pro databases.

How long will it take for my email campaign to be created and sent?

My list will be supplied in what format?

All of the lists are sent to you through email at the address you provided. You can also get your list on a CD-ROM, with an added fee.

Can I get an HTML version of my message?

Yes. Our designers can create an HTML version of your email at a rate of $85/hour. The average time to do so is 1–2 hours depending on the type of design.

What do I get when I buy an email campaign?

Create a template for your email message. (Text-only email recipients will be able to read your message.)
